The DISCO MOVE operates independently of the tractor linkage, moving both horizontally and vertically to fully match mower lift height. A low pivot point handles small bumps, while the MOVE linkage geometry manages larger terrain changes, delivering up to 1,000 mm of vertical travel for consistent ground following. ACTIVE FLOAT hydropneumatic suspension is standard and can be adjusted on the move.

With working widths from 2.20 m to 4.20 m, the MAX CUT mower bed delivers optimum mowing performance in all conditions. The unique wave-shaped design places the mowing discs further forward for maximum overlap and a consistently clean cut, while the tunnel effect keeps forage cleaner. Large drive gears provide efficient power transmission, and wear-resistant knives rotate freely through 360° for long-lasting performance. The integrated SAFETY LINK safety module adds an extra layer of protection by disconnecting individual discs upon impact while retaining them securely, helping safeguard both the mower bed and operator.

Respond quickly and easily to all sorts of different conditions, such as wet spots or dry hillocks, and non-uniform crop material. The mower ground pressure can be flexibly adjusted with a single-acting spool valve even while the machine is working. The current setting can easily be read from a pressure gauge, which is clearly visible from the cab.
