It precisely manages the interaction between all functions needed to optimise loading cycles. You only need to set the functions once, and they are then performed automatically. Powerful engine
With up to 185 kW / 252 hp, the CLAAS TORION boasts large reserves during work. Plus, both the Z- and the Z-HL-kinematics handle heavy-duty applications with ease. They allow you to load further and higher than you have come to expect from your previous wheel loader. Together with a larger bucket capacity and higher tipping load, this ensures substantially greater productivity. Plus a long wheelbase and rear-mounted engine provide for greater stability and the 100 mm longer standard lift masts allow you to load further and higher.
DYNAMIC POWER
The DYNAMIC POWER smart drive management adjusts the engine output to your current power requirements. It releases the appropriate torque depending on the gradient angle, mast load and ground speed. You always operate at the optimal power curve and benefit of up to 20% more thrust. The large TORION now features even more powerful 4-cylinder Liebherr engine. The TORION 1913 delivers 163 kW (222 hp), meaning there's plenty of power under the hood.
