Proven ACTIVE FLOAT suspension transforms frictional resistance into rolling resistance for optimal ground-contour following. The AUTO SWATHER, BUSINESS and COMFORT Series with ISOBUS are equipped with the comfort version of ACTIVE FLOAT – taking comfort to an even higher level. Here, a pressure sensor continually compares the target and actual pressure and automatically adjusts it to suit conditions. This means that the ground pressure remains the same at all times, regardless of the terrain and working width – ensuring gentle handling of the sward, optimum forage quality and outstanding operator comfort.

The MAX CUT mower bed delivers optimum results under all conditions. The distinctive wave shape increases the cutting area, while mowing discs placed well to the front provide a clean, precise cut.

The tunnel effect keeps the crop clean. The large drive gears guarantee effective power transmission. The extremely wear-resistant knives stay sharp for longer and rotate freely through 360°.

All DISCO mowers can be operated at a reduced PTO speed of 850 rpm when the conditions allow. This ‘integrated economy PTO’ significantly reduces fuel consumption.

Additionally, fuel consumption falls by 2.5%, and reducing the PTO speed to 850 rpm can boost fuel savings by a further 20%.

Knives can be replaced in next to no time using the fitting lever provided. A knife box offers convenient storage for used and replacement blades. The mower has a dedicated bracket for both the fitting lever and knife box.

Three in one swath. Or not. With the AUTO SWATHER DISCO models, you can tailor your mowing to your conditions and requirements. Independent control of the belts means that you can spread the crop wide, throw the crop into the middle on one side only or combine the full width into a single swath.
