The season may be over, but your machinery still has a job to do—staying in top shape for next year. A thorough post-harvest inspection is essential, no matter the machine or brand. From combines to cultivators, we’ve got the expertise to identify wear, prevent costly breakdowns, and get your gear field-ready when it counts.
And while you’re at it, winter is the perfect time to give your tractor a once-over. With fewer hours on the clock and more time in the shed, it’s a smart window to tackle any issues before they become problems.
Let’s get ahead of the next season—book your inspection today.

The advantages of a Post-Harvest Inspection
Reduce downtime next season: ensure your machine gets a full inspection, using the structured post-harvest check, to be field ready and reliable.
Optimise performance: a well-maintained machine delivers peak efficiency, higher throughputs, and lower fuel consumption.
Maximize your machine life: catch wear and tear early.
Maximize resale value: a documented service history adds value and buyer confidence when it’s time to upgrade.

What does a CLAAS Post-Harvest Inspection include?
Checks and diagnosis: when entering the vehicle number into the ‘Inspection Pilot’ digital application, our CLAAS experts get a customised checklist for your machine, so all relevant points undergo analysis.
Digital documentation: results of the post-harvest inspection are recorded. Any weak points, defects or wear are documented. Potential corrective measures are also suggested at this stage.
Cost estimate: an estimate based on the condition of your machine and the recommended course of action will be provided.
Acceptance of order: we then get on with the job.
