VÄDERSTAD TopDown 300-900 Combination Cultivator

Performing both a full-scale shallow cultivation and deep cultivation in one pass, the VÄDERSTAD TopDown cultivator incorporates four independent working “zones” – intensive cutting and mixing, loosening and mixing, leveling, then full-depth reconsolidation with an adjustable packer.

High Quality Discs

Built from hardened Swedish V-55 steel in a conical shape, the discs maintain the same working angle relative to the soil, irrespective of wear or working depth. The working intensity can be adjusted from the cab on the move.

One Pass Performance

TopDown combines an intensive disc cultivator with a robust three-axle tine cultivator in the same machine. The 12.5cm spaced discs on individually suspended disc arms, create fine tilth by cutting and mixing the topsoil. The 27cm spaced tines then loosen and mix the soil and crop residues down to 30cm working depth. In the final two working zones, the leveler and packer ensure an even and fully reconsolidated surface.
