IMPORTANT UPDATE on the CLAAS Connect migration

CLAAS Connect, the gateway to all CLAAS Connect functions, services and shops is now available online and via the CLAAS Connect App.
As the distributor of CLAAS products and services in Australia and New Zealand, the CLAAS Harvest Centre is here to support you through your transition to this new system. Before migrating to CLAAS Connect 3.0, it is important to understand the features that are available to you.
Machine Telematics Migration
We advise all our current telematics customers with active machine licenses to hold off on migrating their information to this latest version of CLAAS Connect.
This precautionary measure will prevent any loss of mapping and job functionality during harvest.
You can continue to use your normal telematics system. Telematics will be consolidated into Connect, but the platform will not be ready to support this activity until 2025. So, there is still plenty of time for you to contact us to find out when we can safely support you through this migration.
Parts Doc
Parts doc is now available through the current Connect version and within the new system. It is the first product featured in their new live environment, helping you find the products you rely on.
Customers who are using the current CLAAS Connect version will need to upgrade to the new version to maintain their access and will be required to verify their accounts.

CLAAS Connect will open up a whole new personalised service where, over time, you will be able to connect seamlessly with your machines and access a suite of new services that add genuine value.
Its features will include the ability to:
- Connect to your CLAAS machine

- And, find and order spare parts comfortably
