Select from a wide range of single, twin or quad rotor swather rakes that meet the needs of every farmer and contractor.
Consistent delivery of peak performance
The CLAAS LINER features a continuously lubricated, maintenance-free rotor dome assembly in all models.
Its spheroidal graphite iron construction gives the cam track the strength required to withstand any load. The cam track arms have a triple-bearing system in the 14-tine arm rotor dome assembly, and a dual-bearing arrangement in the 12-tine arm version.
Moreover, the LINER is an incredibly low-maintenance machine, with a 250-h lubrication interval for the universal joints of the drive shafts, and a 50-h interval for the travel drive shaft.
Perfect Ground-Contour Adaptation
The sophisticated interaction between the rotor chassis,
fully floating cardanic rotor suspension and dual springs ensure
impressive agility with remarkably smooth rotor guidance –
even when travelling at the highest speeds across uneven terrain.
Business & Trend Variants
LINER 2000 series
With the introduction of the BUSINESS and TREND variants, customers can now choose between two different basic specifications. The BUSINESS model comes with the CEMIS 10 terminal, which handles preselection control. In the TREND version, the LINER is operated directly via the spool valves.
LINER 4000 series
Offering simplicity and ease of operation, LINER TREND models offer high productivity and performance in an economical package.
Individual Rotor Lift
Optional individual rotor lift aids in keeping the swath tidy and avoiding obstacles and deviations to the row. Two control options include a three-way valve and preselection or a dual hose system that can be operated via the tractor's spool valves.
Rake Height Adjustment
Hydraulic rake height adjustment is an available option. The side is selected via a pull-cable.
LINER BUSINESS models are designed for larger operations and professional contractors. BUSINESS offers enhanced technology and features that deliver valuable productivity and time savings.
ACTIVE FLOAT
Adapted from the DISCO Mower, ACTIVE FLOAT technology can now be found on LINER BUSINESS models. Providing adjustable hydraulic rotor suspension for even better ground-contour following.
OPERATION
Folding and unfolding is fully automatic via the CEMIS 10 terminal (two-rotor), which also offers pre-selectable single-rotor lift and optionally, rotor height adjustment.
Operation of the four-rotor is via the CEMIS 100/700 remote terminal.
CENTRAL SWATH GUARD
Equipped with a central swath guard that includes hydraulic folding as standard.
