Ready for anything
Thanks to the wide pick-up, the QUADRANT 5300, can even cope with very wide, irregular swaths, with no loss of valuable crop material. A range of pick-up variants ensures a neatly collected crop – regardless of whether it's short hay, wet silage or straw.
FINE CUT with 51 knives gives outstanding chop quality and 46 ram strokes per minute ensures good throughput and excellent bale density.
Mechanical and hydraulic options for folding castor guide wheels make for hassle-free transport on public roads.
Meet the perfect knot
With an optimised knotter bill hook, the QUADRANT 5300 is ready for the task whatever the conditions.
No trace of twine residue on the bales, and consistently high forage quality. Problem-free twine feed is ensured at all times with the knotter monitoring system.
The hydraulically driven TURBO FAN system with its active airflow protects the knotter from dust and dirt.

Building on the success of previous generations, the new QUADRANT EVOLUTION has been redesigned to be more reliable while providing unmatched durability in the field.
- HD controlled pick-up with five rows of 18 double tines designed from CLAAS JAGUAR, with optional hydraulic drive
- Stronger main chain (HD 3/4 inch) with new drive geometry and automatic chain
tensioner, inclusive automatic chain lubrication system - New HD baling piston rollers and baling piston made from high-quality S700 steel
Ease of Operation
Operate the bale ramp and bale ejector conveniently from the comfort of the cab via the 7" CEMIS 700 touchscreen display, saving time from climbing in and out of the cab. Monitor output of pressed bales via an optional PROFI CAM 4, compatible with CEMIS 700 display. In addition, easy-to-open side panels provide excellent accessibility, and electrically controlled automatic greasing system reduces maintenance time.
