Rapid all weather sower.
The CAYENA tine seed drill is designed for rapid sowing with or without prior soil tillage, especially on hard and stony soils and in dry regions where normal disc coulters would fail. Whether used for coarse, medium or fine seeds, for mulch sowing, on ploughed soil or in stubbles, the CAYENA, with its six-metre working width, does an impressive job.
Maximise performance
With their extremely narrow shape, the hard metal armoured coulters of the CAYENA easily penetrate the ground while displacing only a little soil – minimising the loss of soil moisture. Additional advantages include low pulling power requirement, minimum wear to the coulters, and operation with tractors from just 100 kW/136 HP.
Compact and manoeuvrable
With a length of just 6.7 m and a transport width of just 2.9 m, the CAYENA will impress you with its compactness and manoeuvrability. Efficient design contributes with a lower linkage mounting, an integrated chassis and hydraulically folding wings. As the seed hopper is mounted towards the front of the CAYENA, a proportion of the machine's weight is carried on the rear axle of the tractor, enormously improving the traction.
